Context
Your agents are siloed because your team’s context is siloed.
If everyone builds their own agent, we’ve created the same siloed workplace we’ve currently got. HR agents only see into the HR systems. Sales agents only see into the Sales systems. PM agents only see the PM systems.
"If you look inside those companies, the whole org structures of these companies and the politics of these companies are that someone owns one silo, so it's very hard to break through and go broad."

Bring the context together
The fix right now isn’t to try and fix the siloed agents. The fix is to bring your context together. Stick your team's shared context in a single set of files.
But the key challenge is that the context rots, and Claude doesn't know what to look at, and what's relevant. Ideas, thoughts, to dos get out of date, or just aren't relevant anymore.
You can bake that in. Every time an agent looks at the file, it updates it. It scores every doc on how recently you last touched it, and how useful it's proven in the past session.
Over time the system learns what's important, not just the things that match a fuzzy search.
Going beyond a super smart clippy
It turned AI from a question answer machine, into a coworker, a super smart assistant PM.
Something that turns up to my conversation with all the context.
Something that brings up that thing I forgot from three weeks ago.
Something that makes sure I’m fully prepped for my next meeting before I’ve even read the agenda.
